Art Building is a prestigious project of the Chilean architect D. Cristian Boza. The architecture and design that has been raised in this building have been completely innovative, setting a benchmark in Corporate Buildings Business City.

Art is the first building of Ciudad Empresarial Green Building. The screen wall with exposed concrete that has in the west facade and double curtain wall on the facade make the work of thermal and acoustic insulation, allowing energy savings of over 30%.

Art is a building with a lot of flexibility, having two cores and two separate entrances, can function as two buildings.
